How Long We Keep Your Personal Information
We keep your information only as long as necessary to: (i) do business with you; (ii) fulfill the purposes described in this Notice; and (iii) comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention depends on factors such as the nature and length of our relationship, legal requirements, and whether we have an ongoing business need, for example, to communicate with you about current or future services you’ve requested.
Use of AI-based Services; Links to Third-Party Websites
We use third-party artificial intelligence (AI) services, such as an AI-based virtual clone, provided by Delphi.ai, to enhance your coaching experience. When you interact with this virtual clone, Delphi.ai collects and processes information such as your messages, questions, and any optional contact details (e.g., name or email) as well as metadata like IP address, device information, and timestamps. This data is used to personalize and improve your experience and deliver the services you request.
We may also integrate with other websites to provide enhanced Services, technological capabilities, or resources for you. These plug-in services and capabilities are governed by the terms, conditions, and policies of the underlying companies. This hyperlinked content (including any embedded customer reviews) is governed according to the privacy policies for each platform, and the links to these external websites and services provided for your convenience.
We are not responsible for the practices employed by any websites or services provided from or linked to or from our Site, including the information or content contained within them. We encourage you to investigate and ask questions before disclosing Personal Information to third parties, since any Personal Information disclosed will be handled in accordance with the applicable third party’s privacy policy, and not this Notice. We recommend reviewing such third party’s privacy policy beforehand and managing your privacy settings on an ongoing basis.
International Use and Cross-Border Data Transfers
If you are visiting our Site from outside of the United States, please note that our Site is hosted in the United States. Where permitted by applicable law, we may transfer the personal data we collect about you to the United States and other jurisdictions that may not be deemed to provide the same level of data protection as your home country, as necessary for the purposes set out in this Notice.
How We Protect Personal Information
We have implemented commercially reasonable measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Despite these efforts to store Personal Information in a secure environment, we cannot guarantee the security of Personal Information during its transmission or its storage on our systems.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. However, withdrawing consent, objecting to processing, or withholding certain information may limit or prevent us from providing some Services. Requests can only be made by you or an authorized agent. We must verify your identity (and, if applicable, the agent’s authorization) before processing a request. If verification is incomplete, we may request additional information. We aim to respond within legal timeframes and will inform you if more time is needed. We do not charge fees unless requests are excessive or repetitive. If a fee applies, we will explain why and provide an estimate. Certain requests may be denied or partially fulfilled as permitted by law. If you have a right to appeal a decision, we will include details on the appeal process in our response.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verified parental consent, nor do we sell the information of minors under 16.
